There are a number of other services we may be able to assist you with or arrange for someone else to support you; however, there will be additional charges for these.
These include the following:

  • Cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Collection & delivery of personal items (e.g. bringing you some clothes if you are in hospital)
  • Moving house
  • Temporary (short term) storage of items
  • Disposal of unwanted items (This can be to charity shops or recycling centres as appropriate)
  • House Clearances

ICMS will be able to support you to pay for these services from your own money and we
would encourage the service providers to send their invoices to us for payment rather
than you having to deal with them direct. This saves you having to hold cash in your house
to pay people.Operating a separate bank account for the client.

Payroll Service:
ICMS can operate a payroll service to support clients who employ staff through Self Directed Support or Direct Payments
Paying staff and issuing 13 payslips (4 Weekly pay schedule)
Pay HMRC each month for Employers and Employees National Insurance and Tax
Issue P60 to staff at end of the financial year
Year-end payroll returns to HMRC electronically
Payments direct to staff bank account
Quarterly return to local authority
